You need a full value loading system to safely load heavy goods, which was especially developed for vans – box wagons? This loading system for vans – box wagons offers the user a simple yet effective solution for the safe loading of heavy europallets or roller boxes.

The hydraulic loading system is assembled without changes to the vehicle in the hold on the existing anchors. The vehicle remains in its original state. Through the complete assembly in the vehicle the loading system is protected from environmental influences such as snow, rain and dirt. The whole length of the vehicle and the tilt angle at the rear are not changed through this. Access through the tailgate is always guaranteed. The load is directly picked up from the floor by means of a lift truck; the lift truck is hooked onto the support frame of the loading system by means of a hook. Since the goods are suspended it is not possible for them to roll away during the loading process. The operator remains firmly on the ground during the loading process and cannot fall off a moveable surface. Only when the goods are safely in the loading room is the lift truck unhooked. The goods are then placed and secured in the appropriate place. Depending on the length of the vehicle, the loading process can be repeated several times. Through this several europallets can also be loaded. The loading system is operated with one hand by means of a control unit or radio remote control.

The vehicle empty weight and the useful load are reduced through the additional equipment.

Certain vehicle equipment is necessary for assembling the loading system. Some equipment should be omitted with the basic vehicle.
