Winches and accessories are dispatch items which are generally assembled on site and are presented there to the inspecting authorities TÜV and DEKRA complete with the vehicle for acceptance and registration. Standardised consoles incl. ABE and CE are not available due to the low number of items for the most varied types of vehicles and must therefore be tailor made on site.

Safety set:
All recovery vehicles and automobile roadway repair vehicles are well equipped with this safety set up to 3.5 t (except vans) according to BGI-800-Information.

Lashing rails to secure cargo:
The lashing rails can be attached horizontally or vertically. Capacity of the aluminium rails 400 kg/point, the steel rail 1000 kg/point.

Vision Alert Evolution beacons:
High quality beacons with different bases are equipped with the luminous free form reflector or the high quality double flash technology. Through the wide choice of attachment options the matching beacon can also be found for your intended purpose.

Hella OWS-QS light warning beams:
Light system in attractive design and flat construction. Available as a halogen rotating mirror (single or multi reflector) or Xenon double flash system. Available optionally with various additional systems such as yellow LED indicators, alley lights H7 or integrated working lights pointing forwards or backwards. Also available in special lengths of 2 m or 2.2 m, upon request.

Loading aids
For low lying vehicles or vehicles with lowered or defective chassis. An easy and quick possibility to clearly reduce your drive-up angle. The loading aids are made of aluminium and can be easily positioned due to their light weight.

Clutch-change system
With the clutch-change system you can choose between coupling ball or pin coupling with an additional removable disk.

Coupling ball
To secure trailers on plateaus or as additional trailers traction device, hole spacing 90 mm.

With our electrical and hydraulic winches, attached to basic VW vehicles, a wide variety of work from the most diverse range of industries can be carried out in a practical way.

Electrical winches of 800 Kg to 4000 Kg pulling power.
Hydraulic winches from 3600 Kg to 30 tons pulling power.

The stated pulling power details refer to the actual hoisting capacity without redirections, i.e. the value the winch can actually directly hoist.

Our winches result from the professional field of towbarless technology and therefore have an unlocking possibility of the drum to remove the wind rope as a standard.

Our winches therefore have the stated load as their hoisting capacity, however may not be described as hoists due to the existing unlocking possibility.
