Three-way tipper for Crafter (35/50) and T5

Substructure:
- tilt cylinder, telescope design, hardened and galvanised. Compressive force 8 tonnes
- 4 tipping hinges in spherical design on each corner of the tipper, equipped with safety devices, preventing incorrect tipping.
- substructure made of steel, galvanised (7 micron) powder coated
- electrical hydraulic pump with in-built tank (working pressure approx. 90 bar) calibrated to a maximum lifting capacity of + 2 tonnes.
- safety system for the tipping process with restriction of the tipping angle and switch off function
- operating the tipper inside and outside of the cabin possible. The operating panel is connected with a spiral cable and has an emergency switch off function.

Dumping body:
- external dimensions (please see list)
- base plate and front wall made of special steel, galvanised (7 micron) base plate has a strength of 2.5 mm, strengthened through a substructure made of Ω cross bars. The rear and side edges are rounded in order to avoid the side panels getting stuck after the tipping process.
- one-part anodized aluminium side tailboard with 400 mm height (extruded aluminium profile 25 mm width) or steel side panel galvanised (7 micron) and powder coated.
- side tailboard locks at the rear can be disassembled. In this way the tipper can also be used as a flatbed.
- side vibration-resistant tailboard locks (anti-vibrations-technology) made of steel
- rear tailboard (height 400 mm) made of aluminium or steel (quality like side tailboard) load supported above and below with automatic and manual pendulum opening. The hinges from the pendulum opening are moved upwards in order to enlarge the scree opening.
- lashing lugs, inserted in floor
- fenders are attached on the sub-frame
- front wall raise / cabin protection (option) with two lashing lugs and a hard rubber cover in order to be able to transport long goods free of vibration (max. load 300 kg)

Lacquering:
- All steel parts are galvanised (7 micron) and covered with a polyester powder coating
