Vehicle transporter structure based on single and twin cabin for the transport and transfer of cars and light utility vehicles of German production in steel aluminium compound structure. Also suitable for the transport of 2 medium-sized vehicles in combination with a trailer.
Transport potential of extremely heavy individual vehicles up to 3,000 kg weight or in traction mode, two medium-sized cars with Drivers License Class 3 (old) or Class C1E. The basic equipment is fitted with air suspension. Other equipment potential is offered in line with practice including all details relating to the transport and lifting of broken-down vehicles – through to equipment pursuant to BGI 800.

Basic vehicle as twin or single cab, loading area length 5,200 mm or 5,900 mm, removable trailer coupling, much practice-oriented equipment for loading cars involved in accident and low-slung cars. Aluminium cover supports are available for safe transport on request, widened, removable or even easily foldable.

Alternatively the vehicle can be reduced to 3.5 t ptw in order to be able to drive with a high trailer load pursuant to 9. AusnVO zur STVO 100 km/h. The trailer can be stacked when travelling without load. The vehicle is then not subject to the 80 km/h speed limit and can be driven without speed limit.

The whole range of equipment components required is available as accessories and which have proven reliable in practice. Here is a summary of them: lift axle aggregate for the third axle, leads to considerable increase in traction – to reduction in consumption when travelling without load and considerable reduction of wear and thus costs, aluminium storage trays, also with divider, closed ramp to load accident vehicles, large and stable flyer with beacons, working lamps and STVZO lighting in one unit, various working headlamps – also in XENON design, various electrical cable winches with hoisting capacity up to 4,000 kg, trailer, caravan, motor-bike transport equipment, radio remote control for all electrical and hydraulic functions, aluminium cover frame in accordance with customer wishes – extra wide – removable – foldable etc. wheel roller, container for oil binders, special lacquers – also a professional appearance on the side coverings; exactly coordinated override trailer in terms of appearance and technology, to transport a second vehicle. Loading and unloading possible without removing the trailer, simple loading of the trailer by one person on the drawing vehicle. On account of the low dead weight of the vehicle, a total load capacity of 3000 kg is available for a total traction weight of 6,300 kg,
