Aluminium three-way tippers

Product description and Features

Tipper floors made of aluminium profiles with tight floor ribbing and stable longitudinal and cross members. The aluminium side tailboards are hinged; the rear tailboards can move in a swingable manner and are hinged. Screwable rounded corners ensure good stability of the dumping body. The fasteners can be operated in a user-friendly way. The subframe is made of steel and is galvanised. The three-way dumping body is operated electro-hydraulically. All steps of the hydraulic cylinder are hard chrome-plated.

Up to 200 kg less dead weight and with this considerably more useful load!
Best corrosion resistance through galvanised subframe and dumping body made of aluminium.
Blade fuse across corners of the tipper fuse prevents operating errors.
Lashing lugs in tipper floor to tie down general cargo.

To operate the tipper the chassis must be equipped with suitable stabilisers, pre-equipping for three-way tipper, clearance lamps, spare wheel holder under frame end and preparation of side marker lights. In the case of crew cab also strengthened front axle.
