Loading ramps, two- or three-piece folding ramps

All ramps are located at the end of the loading area, saving space and securely mounted, and can be swiftly flapped in or out. This means: no risk of slipping during loading or unloading. Almost edge-free and threshold-free transition points (refer to Image 1). The ramp is flapped in after the loading process and locked vertically. No awkward stowing and lashing required. The ramp is always where you want it and requires little space (refer to Image 2). It may be designed as a swivel ramp.

Quality awareness, adaptability and many years of experience typify our ramps. The ideal enhancement for your VW. These robust ramps are, depending on design, loadable from 400 to 1500 kg and available in useful widths of 80 cm to 130 cm and lengths of 195 cm to 325 cm.

They are offered in two series, the unswivable ME series (this can be flapped in or out) and the swivable PC series. This can also be swivelled outwards or inwards (refer to Image 4 and 5).

If the vehicle door height is not sufficient for a long ramp, the 3-piece foldable ramp is the ideal solution (refer to Image 4 below). The patented spring pressure cylinder enables easy flapping in and out, even for larger ramps (refer to 3. image from left).

The support (tread and travel area) is optionally of slip-retarding sand-blasted aluminium chequer-plate sheeting or of hot-dip galvanized expanded metal. The ramp can be supplied with an extended transition flap, top. This flattens the ramp crest. The variant ‚F’ = self-supporting also enables bridging into a level or upwards. Design as three-piece folded ramp.

Alternatively to the professional ramp series described, we also have the light series in our range. An aluminium ramp of top-quality, anodized aluminium profiles.

For vehicle „with transport of persons“’ a second safety belt is to be mounted for the ramp.
If the ramp is used to transport the disabled, protection must be provided on both sides in accordance with regulations.

Maximum dimensions are specified relating to a serial vehicle. No thermal insulation, no special structures in the ramp area.

Additional equipment is not essential. However, unless other reasons of use contradict, a vehicle with high roof and dividing wall to driver’s cab is recommended.
