Set-down tipper structure for VW Crafter 50
Reference number: DE063DE001
Product description and Features
The set-down tipper structure is placed directly on the original chassis (for single cab with wheel base 3665 mm).
Using this structure, every craftsman trader or local community can reduce the idle times of its transport vehicles. By using the set-down tipper structure, the unit and material transport becomes more efficient by way of time-saving loading and unloading. The versatile application of the structure not only enables the transport of containers in accordance with the small DIN 30735, built also with flat containers or directly on pallets or the loading area. Staff thus avoid heavy lifting work on loading a conventional vehicle with loading bridge, meaning that this promotes good health and reduces absence due to sickness.
The technical data:
Lifting capacity from track level approx.3,500 kg
Kerb weight of structure in basic version approx. 1,000 kg
Structure width approx. 2,000 mm
Loading surfaces width between the lifting arms approx. 1,700 mm
Suitable for transport of containers pursuant to DIN 30745 and containers FL 1523 and 2.5 CO.
The main feature of the structure is the external guide of the telescopic lifting arm. This means that tipping bolts can be attached to the welded perforated strip. This enables the user to adjust height by approx. 5 cm so that all existing container types can be transported for the respective vehicle width and can be tipped out from a high height. No tipping hook is required for this technology.
This unique high tipping facility enables the user to achieve exact disposal of bulk material, e.g. over a garden wall, a garden fence or a small ditch. You can also reload into larger collection bins.
The set-down tipper structure can move many materials, tools, equipment or house items in combination with flat containers. The rear flap of the flat container is opened so that the transport goods can be entered into the flat container at ground level. The container is then taken and transported to the target point and set down again. The vehicle can move on to the next trip immediately after setting down, while the container is loaded or unloaded by others.
Using the set-down tipper structure, up to 3 flat containers can be transported on top of each other at the same time, since these are produced stackable.
Therefore, using this transport unit you can achieve higher work rates with easy operation, and it is also good for the health of your staff.
