Product description and Features

A cargo area protection kit provides a secure base for all types of system installations in light commercial vehicles. In this field, cargo area protection kits and safety kits for delivery vans provide the basic equipment for panel vans in commercial use. Usage, comfort and work environment are improved, system installations - e.g. industry-specific solutions such as CEP and workshop vehicles - are provided with a professional mounting base and ensure that the vehicle maintains its value.

The cargo area protection kit consists of a floor with excellent abrasion and wear resistant qualities and rugged side panels. Load restraints and mounting accessories can be ordered as an option.

The pre-finished cargo area protection kit consists of CNC-machined parts that fit perfectly. The standard kits are designed for the basic model of a particular vehicle and offer some degree of adaptability with regard to vehicle-specific customisation.

The floor comes in an anthracite-coloured design. The surface has been specifically developed and offers excellent cleanability and stain resistance as well as a reduced perception of contamination. Consequently, the interior of the vehicle is given an unmistakable and unique quality. The 'Quick-Fix-In' option is available as an accessory, it enables easy installation of the floor with clip-fasteners without damage to the cargo area (fastening points via tie-down points).

In addition to conventional fastening techniques (drilling and screwing), the sidewall panels can also be fitted without damage to the cargo area. This option significantly reduces installation time. An appropriate mounting kit is available as an optional accessory.

Besides floor and wall panels, the basic cargo area protection kit also includes an impact protection panel between the cargo area and the passenger compartment.

Besides aluminium end profiles to protect the entrance areas of the rear door and sliding door, lashing tracks for securing cargo are also available as an accessory for cargo area protection and cargo securing.
