Product description and Features

Wear protection coating

Our coating is applied by means of a special spraying machine approx. 3 - 5mm thick, which means it can be applied even on complex shapes and guarantees a joint free surface. It takes approx. 3-4 hours to coat a pick-up cargo holds; after this the vehicle can go on the road again. The cargo hold can be fully loaded again after approx. 17 hours.

Cargo holds of transport vans are lined before the coating and insulated, upon request (e.g. baker’s vehicles); after this the interior is completely coated and thus forms a dense, easy to clean surface. Duration incl. lining approx. 3 days.

- completely watertight and airtight
- constant and flexible even with high temperature differences
- equally good optical appearance of the surface
- permanent protection of the cargo hold
- free of solvents and environmentally friendly (can also be used in the area of food or animals)
- structured surface = non-slip, can still be strengthened through interspersing with granulate or sand
- each RAL-colour possible, UV-resistant and easy to clean
