Field of application:

Refrigerated van bodies from 3.5 t vehicle weight for fresh produce deliveries and deep-freeze area, multi-chamber vehicles and vehicle insulations.

Industry solutions for the distribution of goods, catering, party service, doner kebab suppliers, meat transport, dairy products, fish, delicacies, fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants as well as medicaments.

Specialist for professional, individual solutions customised to suit the customers’ requirements.

All superstructures have high quality LED lighting of the very latest generation, which is characterised by high durability, low energy consumption and strong light intensity. Being equipped with an optional timer avoids the battery discharging.

Power is supplied to the driver’s cab by means of a continuous supply cable, without joints and consequently ideally protected against dirt and damp.
The cable continues into the trunk by means of cable ducts integrated in the walls, through which damage to the cable is excluded during loading and unloading.

The refrigeration is done through Thermo King, Carrier or Konvekta refrigerators. Other manufacturers, upon request.

Instructions on the respective vehicle are given in the company and can be extended through a staff and drivers’ training course, upon request.

Solid plastic – box body for deep freeze application, high quality by means of GfK surface layers, a front wall strengthened for the refrigeration plant, plastic coated floor or manufactured as an aluminium basin.

Rear doors (two or three leaf) in rear wall with stainless steel rear portal and external espagnolette lock for optimum cargo securing

Door locks, lock cams and hinges made of polished stainless steel

Hinge bearings with U-portal screwed in an easy to maintain way

Door locking clamp per door leaf

Side top plate resp. bump stop on rotary rod

Further equipment options (e.g. partition, side door, refrigerating curtain, cargo securing systems, tail lift, etc) are available upon request.

Subsequent installation of partitions and various accessories possible in order to be able to react to changed areas of application in a flexible way
